McDonald's Corporation is the world's largest chain of fast food restaurants,serving nearly 47 million customers daily through more than 31,000 restaurantsin 119 countries worldwide. McDonald’s roots go back to the early 1940s when two brothers opened a burger restaurant that relied on standardized preparation to maintain quality the Speedee Service System. McDonald’s Philippines is a subsidiary of the Filipino-owned Golden Arches Development Corporation.
